Hatha- Moving through physical postures with breath to align body, mind and spirit.
Friday 6:15-7:15pm Vinyasa II for intermediate
Vinyasa- A flow class where poses are linked together at a quicker pace to build flexibility and strength to work towards challenging the body (such as arm balances, binds, backbends, and inversions).
